Bar Information: Part II

Over the past several months, the Governing Board has been reviewing the long-term sustainability of Maple Bay Yacht Club's Bar Operations. As part of that process, the Board requested two in-depth analyses to better understand both the financial performance of the Bar and how members utilize the Bar throughout the week and throughout the year.
The Reports (below) are being shared with the membership in the interest of transparency and to provide the statistical information that will inform the Board's discussions. The reports are intended to present objective data and analysis only. They do not represent Board decisions or approved changes to Bar pricing or operating schedules. The Governing Board will review these Reports and consider potential options.
We encourage all members to review the Reports to better understand the information that will assist the Board in evaluating the future sustainability and operation of the Club's Bar services.
