Call for Digital Event Coordinator

The MBYC Board has approved the creation of a new Digital Event Coordinator appointee. This person will work closely with the Hospitality Committee, Club Administrator, Volunteer Coordinator and webmaster to coordinate publishing events on our new website. The role does not involve the actually planning and logistics of the events themselves.

How much work is this?
The amount of effort will depend on what's happening at the club. Assume one event per week. Once you are up to speed on how everything works, configuring an event, depending on complexity, will take between 5 and 20 minutes. If it's a recurring event, you can configure multiple events at the same time. Chasing down details from committees might require some emails back and forth.
